Now that the Thanksgiving events are behind us,Christmas festivities are just ahead.
I wanted to share a last minute idea I had on Thanksgiving, that I plan on repeating for Christmas dinner.
Stuffed celery is a tradition at most family dinners. The platter is always in the way,the celery rolls around leaving bits of cream cheese and chives, and they are difficult to hold without making a mess!
Let me Present my solution!
I filled the bottom of a tiny glass baskets with softened cream cheese and chive mixture.
Then added celery. I loved using the tender stalks leaving the beautiful leaves.
The leaves gave the look of a flower basket.
When your guest grabs a celery stalk, the cream cheese is on the end and they can continue to dip into the cream cheese because each guest has there own.
If you don’t have any tiny glass baskets, try shot glasses, vases, look around your house, always thinking outside the box!
resolving those holiday crisis, one at a time!
